Zach Marin

Optics, biophysics and code.

I currently develop super-resolution microscopy techniques in the Ries Lab. Before this, I worked on automated light sheet microscopy for cancer detection in the Dean Lab. In my Ph.D., I developed super-resolution microscopes and algorithms to study the curvature of sub cellular membranes in the Bewersdorf and Baddeley labs. Before that, I worked on wavelet-based image analysis techniques in the Khalil lab. Ask me about my research, cycling, crafting or my cats.
